Hi guys

I'm planning on getting a new case for my pc (space becoming an issue). I like the look and specs for the CoolerMaster Storm Scout, but would like your opinion about it, and even any suggestions about other cases. Money is an issue however so I'm looking for something around the 1k mark

How soon do you need it?

The CM Sniper or Scout are very nice, but depending on size needed, maybe a bit small. I had pre-ordered the CM HAF922, but have since changed my mind and am going for the HAF932 (need moarrrrrr space).

If you can wait a bit, the HAF922 comes in sometime in Feb, and is R1143 from NGR Computers - it's not on the site though, but you can mail them and they'll get it for you.

Where do you think the post counts came from? ;)

On topic: Coolermaster is known for making decent cases (even if I'm a bit of an Antec fanboy myself!), and this appears to be no exception. My one concern would be fitting longer graphics cards in there - there may not be enough room for the longest ones. If you have (or are planning on getting) a high-end card, it's something to consider.

oh, just paid for a second hand card today and didnt think about gfx card length. i got a 9800gx2, it should fit in the raidmax x-force right? I could fit a 4850 in here. oh damn, time to check it out with a ruler....

^^ Pity the poor sods with HD5970s. Those cards are 31cm long. :shock: (It would barely fit into my Antec 1200, and if I ever got one, the block of three HDD bays in that vicinity would not be able to be used - not that I have a massive array of HDDs, mind you.)

I fit a gtx260 in there a while ago, so the 9800 should fit.

Oh and i agree with dough, the HAF 932 and 922 are awesome, lotsa space for everything!
