Sup peeps... new to the forum need a question answered asasp.
I wana take out adsl and have to decide between 1 and 2 gigz capz.

What i would like to know is... If i play dota or cod4 online... Since the server is local does it come out from the local 10gigz or 20 gigz respectivly or your 1 ang 2 gig cap?????

To those of u who do play online i wana play for maybe 6 hrs a day... will a 1gig cap make it???

i use 1gig local for cod4 alone.. i play about 6 hours a day , whole of weekends..

uhm.. i heard some ppl use more cap..

then i get 1gig international only for browsing , forums, and admin stuff..

no - unless you use Route Sentry, the gameplay will come from whatever connection you are on at the time...

if you are connected via your international account, but you connect to a local server, it will still come from your international account...

dD3 can help you setup Route Sentry if you have 2 accounts and want to do it like this...

Afaik international cap get's used up first then once that's used up you're left with local cap, and that's only if your ISP provides you with it. IMO rather get separate accounts for local/ international that you can switch between, your best bet would be to go with WebAfrica or axxess.

I currently have 1 gig international and 10gigs local adsl 384. My interantional cap is being used to play on battlenet s.a. What changes do i make??? email or post here plz

hey Rush - the problem is you only have 1 account, therefore you will not be able to split your traffic...

that's a blended account where you use your international first, whether you surf local or international..

i say head over to Ipeg, grab yourself a gig for R69 or something ridiculous like that. Get 1 gig unshaped international and then after that 10gigs local bandwidth.

Then you can setup Route Sentry to automatically route your international and local traffic... Route Sentry is really easy to setup... just go here for the full instructions..

Flash CS3. All the pages and layout done from from scratch. I'm sure there's talent on these forums though that could put my site away...
