Hmmm... Whattabout the venue SoYouWanna Lan used to use?
The underground cricket stadium at Game City? Though I'm unsure it will meet the power requirements up to the standard set by FRAG...

Power at that venue is fine - problem is the renovations planned for there that is going to start soon if it hasn't already...
any other suggestions that have a 3-phase plug installed??
