Hi again.

Quick Q, just bought my showcase ticket from NGR, does it get emailed and you print it or is it like a proper ticket and it get delivered to you?

Hey Pascal,

The invoice you received after payment of the ticket is your ticket, for now. When you come to the event, you need to produce this invoice and then you will gain entry to the event. We will then give you another form of pass to use for entering/leaving the event at your leisure....

Someone explain to me how this works? I'm seriously an online purchase n00b.

Do I need a credit card? Can I do it with my debit card? How does the thing work?

You can do it either via Credit Card or EFT into their bank account (this is better as there is no additional charges)...

Add the ticket into your shopping cart after you have browsed to it, then click on "Checkout". the process from there is very straight forward and very well laid out.

PLEASE NOTE: To remove shipping from your order, enter "FRAG" under "Redeem Coupons" during the checkout process.

this will just mean that you don't get charged for shipping.

You keep your invoice and bring that to the event on the day and we will give you your actual "ticket" from there...

Believe it or not, I've never done an EFT before. I'm with standard bank. Does anyone know if they charge for their Internet Banking?

AFAIK they do not charge anything extra for Internet Banking... I'm with FNB and they don't... ;)

That is also fine... we will then register you and give you an NGR invoice...

anyone who would rather pay the FRAG team direct can do so if they find it easier... we are also in the process of selling tickets at places like BT Games, Matrix, etc.

Substandard Bank do charge a monthly fee for internet banking - speaking from experience.

do we have any idea how many ppl are going from durban there. my last count was 20 ppl i was told from matrix about 3weeks ago.

hopefully we can get it right, but if not, then they could always pay us directly and we can provide the invoice...
