I got a bit of a worry.

What is gonna happen when the people who have there ticket already compared to the people who buy it at the door.

for example last 2 gamers are at the pay desk wanting to get in, one pays at door and one has already bought his tickets from NGR or wherever, the guy who does have his ticket is behind the guy who is paying at the door, the guy who didnt have a ticket pays, gets in and gets last seat. What happens to the guy who already bought his ticket?

They will reserve the same amount of seats as the amount of tickets already bought...

There will only be a set number of tickets for sale at the door. This will depend directly on how much tickets are pre-sold.

Therefore, if 500 tickets are pre-sold, there will only be 100 for sale at the door.

Once we reach 600, tickets are sold out. Then if we are able to, we will try accommodate any other gamer wherever we can find a spot.

NO pre-sold tickets can be sold again, hence the name pre-sold... LoL

Also, to clear things up on another note. There will be 2 separate areas for entrance meaning that if you have pre-bought your ticket, you go to one area and "check-in", if not you go to another desk and register there.

.'. - if you have pre-bought your ticket, you wait far less in the queue...

Well surely if there are more prebought than the line will be shorter at the door... unless u purposefully waste their time wile the prebuyers go inside

no, the line will be shorter... but the process will be a bit longer.... we are getting all those that have not pre-bought tickets to fill out a form, then we'll register them on the site from their and get their invoice for them... then they can move to the check-in line...

so, in essence, pre-bought is FTW!!

and btw do u have 2 fill out a form if u prebuy the tickets? cuz i gonna be buying for allot of ppl... (@ a matrix warehouse)

Doug posted the basic requirements in another thread, just cant remember which 1. was something along the lines of:

Name
Address
Contact number
Email
Nick
Clan (if any)

yes, and yes... on both counts...

obviously we want to sell more prebooked tickets, so we know how many people are coming as well as see if we can organise more prizes... if 600 people buy tickets beforehand, we can go to sponsors and almost demand more prizes...

yes, please fill out all the details on the form when you buy the tickets? basically all the details Doppl3R listed above...
