CoD 4 comp for FRAG Lan 3 - 5 April

Hi Guys,

K first off I just need to understand something here, for the CoD 4 compo is it going to work on Double Elim or Round Robin. Secondly if there are quite a few teams, are there going to be divisions on level of skill from AGASA etc.

first of all welcome to frag forums and the cod4 works on double elimantion and there is only one skill level jsut awesome . first of all if you are entering a team please make sure they can beat EG we need them takin out as they are like south african cod4 champs jsut about . yar so to answer your question there is alot of teams mixed with diffrent skill sopme have skill from premier league and other 1st and 2nd division agasa skill .

1st up - the tournament structure is not finalised until the day of the event, this being because of the amount of teams that could possibly enter...

yes, 1 division double elimination is "usually" how it turns out, it is not guaranteed to be that way...

usually we run double elim, but this could change according to the amount of teams that enter. the same goes for the divisions, although we will announce whether there are divisions beforehand.

i dream of days that there will be like 20 teams for cod4 then we have an awesome tourney !!

K A_Jax some of us are from UbS and ASF, a mixed team. Majority of the guys use to play CoD 4 but we moved onto CoD 5 and the UbS guys are from UbS|GD. have a look at this link http://league.agasa.co.za/media/tournam ... _PoolA.htm

What other compos are going to be on at FRAG for this paticular lan weekend.

IF 8 teams pitch up, then there will be a CS tournament, and ofcourse, there will be a DoTA tournament.

That and then there will be some random comps, perhaps a 10-min Crysis Wars tourney or random COD4 stuff...
