Well, what can I say? The April event was absolutely awesome, with much fun being had by all.

Thanks must go to the following people (in no particular order, and please don't be offended if I left you out!):

• maXima Gaming for organising the console section. Their addition to events has been invaluable - much fun was had by all participants, and the support that the various finalists in the various console competitions got was incredible. This was maXima's first time: if you want to give them feedback, please post on the forums here.
• The entertainment team. They provided us with Jenga, Talisman and Risk, and much fun was had by those taking a break from the gaming and giving them a try.
• The tournament organisers - the tournaments ran smoothly, and on schedule. There were a few issues with clashes between the Call of Duty and DotA tournaments, and we will be working on sorting them out in time for the next event.
• The various event sponsors for the prizes.
• Lastly, the LAN core team - James, Douglas, Trishan, Keith, and everyone else - reasons being rather obvious. :)
